Creative Director Arlan Smith is a long-standing veteran of the motion design, animation and visual effects community. As a designer, director and animator Arlan has established a long and successful career bringing fresh, well-designed and inventive visual concepts to life. He has contributed to projects for a wide range of broadcast and cable clients as well as many of the top advertising agencies.

Arlan began his career working at some of the best New York post-production houses, including Post Perfect, before venturing out on his own in 2000. Since then he has freelanced for many well-known design and effects companies in New York, worked on-site internationally, and launched an award-winning design agency, Nth Degree.

Since leaving Nth Degree, he has split his time between freelancing, and launching his most recent venture, Bespoke Motion Design.

Currently Arlan’s interests have been carrying him into new areas of focus, including long-form documentary and television projects as well as corporate work.
